Pay equity and competitiveness play a key role in employee retention and engagement. Pay disparities are also a common target for discriminatory lawsuits. It is best practice to review your compensation at least every two years, preferably annually. Creative Insights' pay studies can provide a neutral snapshot into each employee's pay rate and make recommendations for pay equity and pay competitiveness to reduce risk and increase employee retention.
